Fresh Apple

I actually made these last week, but if you read my normal blog, you can see why I might not have had time to publish, until now!

I made Fresh Apple cupcakes!

They turned out super yummy! They tasted sweet with cinnamon sugar yumminess! They also had a cream cheese frosting with toasted pecans on top! I actually found this recipe for Apple Cake in Southern Living, and then turned them into cupcakes!

Fresh Strawberry

This week's cupcake is Fresh Strawberry with Fresh Strawberry Icing! I found the recipe for "Sprinkles" Strawberry cupcakes! The frosting is LOVELY but the cupcakes need more strawberry flavor. They were still decent though, I am just going to tweak it for better results next time!

Key Lime Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Um. YUM! These turned out really soft and the frosting is SO yummy! The cupcake has a very suttle key lime flavor, not too overpowering. After I have a few people judge them this week, we'll see if I need to add a bit more key lime flavor, but I think they are super yummy!
